I am an Applied Environmental Psychologist and Behavioural Science consultant with over 10 years of experience helping organisations tackle complex sustainability and behaviour change challenges. I specialise in driving behavioural shifts in settings where people have little direct incentive to change, such as workplaces where sustainability efforts may not feel personally rewarding. I have a range of intervention design skills which are bespoke and adapted to the specific parameters and requirements of each challenge.
I am an experienced researcher with a range of related skills from research question design to execution, analysis and output delivery. I hold a PhD from the University of Bath, where I focused on designing behaviour change interventions to reduce environmental impact.
I have contributed to major EU Horizon 2020 programmes on circular economy, innovation adoption, social cohesion, and environmental risk, and currently sit on advisory boards for two large-scale projects (GoGREEN Routes and GoGREEN Next) aimed at improving urban wellbeing through nature-based solutions.
I also lecture part-time on the MSc in Environmental Psychology at Maynooth University, helping students apply behavioural science to real-world sustainability and societal challenges, while increasing skills in critical evaluation.
I have worked with global, enterprise clients to address organisational challenges through evidence-based, behavioural insights. My approach combines psychology and behavioural science to uncover hidden barriers and create tailored interventions that achieve lasting change.
My services:
Research: Literature review, barrier identification, focus groups, survey design, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis
